Production

The production halls are equipped with machines and equipment enabling quality and productive production not only of parts of building structures, but also of demanding weldments of mechanical nature. The crane equipment allows the handling of parts up to a weigtht of 18 t. 

The main production hall with an area of 2000 m2 is equipped with:

• 1x bridge crane with a load capacity of 20 t
  
• 5x bridge crane with a load capacity of 5 t
  
• 6x rotating crane with a load capacity of 1 t

Other production halls with a production area of approximately 5000 m² are equipped with bridge cranes with a load capacity of 3 to 8 tons.

The most precise technological operations are performed using the horizontal milling machine WHN (Q) 13 CNC + HEIDENHEIM Intc 530 descriptive dialog, which has the following parameters: X axis 5000 mm, Y axis 3000 mm, Z axis 2000 mm; spindle extension W 800 mm.

The material warehouse is equipped with a Liebherr 80 HC tower crane.

The expedition has Liebherr 63 HC tower crane.

The following investments were made in 2015 under the Development II grant program:

1. Compressed air blasting booth for surface treatment of steel structures and parts for cranes, for application with two-component paints with dimensions of 15x5x4 m.
   
2. High pressure equipment for the application of two-component paints.
   
3. CNC plasma gantry cutting machine RUM 3500 with dimensions 12000 x 3000 mm.

• PEDIMAX 600 profile shears, punching up to Ø 30 mm and th. 20 mm – profies 130 x 130 x 12
  
• CNC burning machine PIERCE 6000 x 2000, 2x acetylene torch, 1x plazma torch
